She is a kind and generous woman who genuinely care for everyone around her. She is a natural giver so it was a pleasure to be able to do something back for her!

In the journey to reconnect with my original self, I created Milakuhle, a south African young girl with a heart of gold. She is sad but determined. She observes life quietly believing that one day she will make it what she wants it to be, on her own!

Agot- The Good Hearted
While I was struggling with ‘what did I do to deserve losing my son’ and slowly analyzed my life, I remembered that I have always been kind and followed do good, do no harm. This portrait is inspired by all good-hearted women in this world who love their traditional role and live a simple life.
Agot- the good hearted, is an east European country girl in a traditional headscarf. Her kindness and pride show through her eyes.

Portrait of my sister is a part of the series of female portraits that I created to reconnect with myself. It is dedicated to every woman who struggles to find herself while balancing her traditional and professional roles. She switches between the two in a heartbeat and struggles to keep balance many times in a day, every day.
